Terms and Conditions

Travel:

The cost for travel expenses is £1.00 per mile. HOWEVER, for every £100 you spend, you receive 10 miles free . Should your 'spend to free mileage' exceed the distance to your location, there will be no charge for the travelling. If your spend does not cover the free mileage offer, the cost is £1.00 per mile for the remaining distance.

Booking/payment:

50% of the price for the dinner party or event is payable at the time of booking and is a deposit payment. The remaining balance is payable on arrival at the venue.

Cancellation/Refunds:

Cancellation incurs a 25% fee which is applied to the deposit paid. If a booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the date booked, a 100% cancellation fee is applied to the deposit.

I will contact you five days prior to the event to confirm number of guests and dishes ordered.
